I’m trying to update my knowledge of the Tijuana-area cancer clinics. Below is my current list of 20, including the name of the program, the medical director, the year it was founded, and the Web site (if there is one). I have eliminated a few that have disappeared in the past few years. Do you know of any changes to this list? Do you have updated information on any of these? I would be interested in hearing about your experiences at these clinics, pro or con. Do you know of any other Mexican clinics that you feel I should investigate? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have friends who have been to the William Hitt Center, http://www.williamhittcenter.com, who have had positive results and talked to many patients who had wonderful stories.

Dear Dr. Moss,
I have cross-checked your list with mine. It appears that I have two that might not appear on your list [although there is always the possibility of a name change].
1. The first is Rubio Cancer Center at rubiocancercenter.com Perhaps this is a re-incarnation of the American Metabolic Institute that had been headed by Geronimo Rubio, M.D.
2. The second is Bioscience Research Institute at bioscienceresearchinstitute.com which I believe is located in the very new Excel Hospital, Zona Rio, Tijuana. They are at 800-211-0690.

Dear Dr. Moss:
Addendum to # 3 for American Metabolic Institute, aka Rubio Cancer Center: Dr. Rubio and William Fry, the clinic director, were both sentenced to jail for health care fraud and federal income tax felonies in February 2010. Here’s a link: http://sandiego.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/pressrel10/sd020910.htm.
This is quite unfortunate since Dr. Rubio’s cancer vaccines and protocol do in fact work on certain cancers. I’ve seen it firsthand and hope he can share his vaccine formulas with other doctors.
